«Geochemistry
of Alkaline rocks»
9-16
September 2010
Dear colleagues! We
invite you to attend International conference «Geochemistry of
magmatic rocks» as a part of the school «Geochemistry of Alkaline
rocks» The conference will cover broad aspects of geochemistry,
petrology, mineralogy and ore potential of magmatic rocks, mostly
alkaline and carbonatitic rocks. The conference will be held on
English and Russian languages.
The main sections of
seminar are:
1) The alkaline
magmatism of different geodynamic setting
2) Geochemistry,
petrology and ore potential of alkaline rocks.
3) Genesis and ore
potential of carbonatites and kimberlites.
4) Mineralogy of
alkaline rocks
5) Phase equilibriums
in the magmatic systems (the experimental data)
The abstracts will be
published in a book and on the web-site of conference
http://alkaline2010.web.ru/.
The abstract submission deadline is extended up to 20/05/2010.
Please send abstracts as RTF file (strictly following the

will confirm the submission of abstracts and publish them on the
conference web-site.
Scientific sessions
will be held at Vernadsky Institute of Geochemistry and Analytical
Chemistry in Moscow September, 9 and in the Kara-Dag National park
and pensionate Krymskoe Primorie in the Crimean Peninsula, Ukraine
